Terms of Service

By creating an account, enrolling in any course, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase a course. Users under 18 may use free resources only with the supervision and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or logging in as another user without permission may result in suspension and forfeiture of course fees.
• Notify us immediately at learn@ashpranix.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Enrolment is confirmed only after we receive the full fee for paid courses or after you complete the free-enrol flow for free courses.
• Each enrolment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course content for the duration advertised on the course page (typically 12 months from enrolment unless specified otherwise).
• We may update, replace, or retire course content to keep curriculum aligned with industry practice. Material changes to a currently-enrolled course will be communicated in advance.
• Scheduled live sessions and labs may be rescheduled with prior notice. Recordings are provided where technically feasible.

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials.
• Enrolment is activated only after we receive a successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. If your payment is deducted but the enrolment is not visible within 2 hours, email us — we will either activate access or refund the amount.
• Invoices with our GST details are issued by email within 7 business days of payment.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Download, re-host, share, record, or resell course videos, materials, labs, or assessments.
• Use the Platform or course content to train machine-learning models, scrape content, or build a competing service.
• Share your account credentials with anyone, or impersonate another learner or instructor.
• Attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the Platform outside of designated lab environments. Ethical hacking courses authorise activity only within the provided sandboxes.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes a third party's rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of access without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities.

All course content, videos, curriculum, labs, assessments, software, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Ashpranix Institute or its licensors. Your enrolment grants you a personal, limited, revocable licence to access the content for your own learning — it does not transfer any ownership or permit redistribution.

Work you submit (assignment submissions, forum posts, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use it for Platform operation and anonymised promotional purposes.

9. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance is offered as a best-effort support service and is not a guaranteed job offer. Eligibility, hiring decisions, salary and role terms are determined solely by the hiring partner. Specific placement commitments (if any) are described in writing at the time of enrolment for the relevant programme and supersede this clause to that extent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to keep it secure, accurate, and available, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free content, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly described on course pages.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashpranix's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-earnings damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or where required by law. Sections governing intellectual property, payments already made, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
